THE BOUTIQUE Online Store Policy

The Boutique at Destin Gift Garden is our online fashion boutique where we show clothing that are not available in-store at our brick & mortar location. Please note the following policies for THE BOUTIQUE: 

• Shipping takes 4-10 business days, depending on where you are located. Because we work with a network with brands who need 1-3 days for processing, this ship window cannot be shortened. Thank you for understanding!

• Returns must be initiated within 5 days of receiving your order. This window starts the day you receive your order. Please use your preferred shipping method (UPS, USPS, etc.) to return your items. Allow up to 7 days for return processing. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. However, we will cover return shipping on items received damaged or defective. We do our best to list all details, like item dimensions, to help you make the right size choices based on these measurements.

• Some items are not eligible for return. These items include jewelry, intimate apparel, swimwear, bodysuits, and face masks.
